Service, maintenance and support
More and more water jet cutting systems and robot cells are in use worldwide. The different subsystems have different life expectancies. Which tasks have to be completed along the life cycle?
The high-pressure systems have a rather limited service life because they are operated at 4,150 bar or even 6,200 bar at the limit of the physical material properties.
The control and electronics have a medium service life and are generally low-maintenance. Rapid technological developments often prevent an extension of the life cycle, so that only a retrofit solution keeps the system in operation.
With good maintenance, the mechanical components and the steel construction significantly outlive the aforementioned subsystems and are therefore not the focus of our services.
