Successful installation at Autoneum Córdoba, Argentina
In August 2023, ALLFI Robotics put a brand new robotized WJC system at Autoneum Cordoba in operation. The gantry style machine design includes a turntable with two stations and four robots type Fanuc M20iD.
Autoneum Argentina is a satisfied ALLFI Robotics customer since 2015. So far 3 systems with three robots each have been installed.
The purpose o new investment was to reduce the cycle time on some of the high-volume products and provide capacity for a new Toyota program.
The system is equipped with the latest cutting head generation with the patented 2.0 seal system. This long-life product provides high reliability and an excellent low TCO (total cost of operation.
Our project manager Clare Chen from ALLFI Robotics China is working with our service technician Arnaldo Pereira, ALLFI Brazil focused on setting up the project with our cutting heads type V, 2.0.
