Type XIV 2.0 cutting head with narrow pneumatic cylinder

908200-P

Due to the high water pressure, a higher force acts on the valve needle, which must be overcome with a stronger spring assembly. For this reason, 6200 bar cutting heads are often wider and more unwieldy than cutting heads for 4150 bar.

ALLFI has chosen a slightly different path. We have retained the diameter of our new indexing cylinder, reinforced the disc spring assembly and used a double-deck pneumatic piston. This design allows the cutting heads to be positioned closer together in multi-head applications.

NOW available in our webshop; Pure water cutting head 908200-P and abrasive cutting head 908300-P.

VIII 2.0 Cutting head with flat indexing cylinder

For 3-D applications, the height of the cutting heads is of particular importance, because the higher the cutting head becomes, the greater the leverage forces and the more complex and larger the fixture.

ALLFI has therefore developed particularly flat cutting heads: 908500-P for abrasive or the 908400-P in the clean water range. In order to achieve this low overall height, a particularly wide and flat disk spring package is used. Together with the pneumatic connection at the bottom, an overall height of only 255.4 mm can be achieved in the abrasive version.

908500-P

All ALLFI 6200 bar cutting heads are equipped with the patented, metallic sealing system 2.0 for increased service life. The valve needles are spring-loaded open, which means that a small spring ensures the opening of the needle at lower working pressure. This means that ALLFI 6200 bar cutting valves can also be operated reliably at significantly lower pressures.
